Green Bean Casserole
Serves 2, 10.4 oz
1 ½ packages ramen noodles
½ cup green beans
½ cup onions
For pearl onions, cut in half and dehydrate from frozen. For normal sized onions dehydrate from fresh, cut into ½ inch pieces.
⅜ cup powdered milk
½ of a 2.7 oz cream of mushroom soup packet
½ cup bread crumbs
Keep in a separate zip lock bag to top the dinner with after it’s been rehydrated.
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Can include fried onions in a separate bag to sprinkle on top (it’s not like they’re going to add much weight.)
