After arriving in Olympic very late and setting up my tent in the dark while a small mammal of unidentifiable variety scampered around startling me, I headed out to do a long stroll through the Hoh Rainforest.
If I was an Ewok, this is where I would live. It was like the opposite of Texas, everything was the greenest green and completely enclosing the trail.
Since there weren’t grand views, I was able to notice the little details on the trail, especially the ferns.

I love seeing these wonders. Truly beautiful. Thank you. At least I see them through your pictures!
We loved it there! We had two young kids with so we didn’t get to do nearly as much adventuring as we would have liked, but the main area was well liked by all four of us!
